Yes, I think this warmer weather and less snow will start the market early this year.  That is great news all around.

Hi Ginny... hopefully the buyers will come out in droves for you in Warwick with the good weather. (I must admit I'd never thought of referring to home blemishes, as zits! Maybe I'll try it!)

Ginny, nice photo and lucky you to have no snow! We still have a little but today's pending rain should was it away. Besides i heard the groundhog was promising us a early spring....good for all of us!
